Touch, Probe, Belong

Through this on-going photo-series, Janhavi accumulates found moments of peace, imagined fantasies, and new temporal meanings of belonging; in dialogue with her immediate ecology and the impermanence of its proximity and lasting. Allowing her photographs to archive the time she spends in isolation and curious discovery, she projects herself into the negotiations of domestic and feral, inside and outside - prolonging the state of being at home and being lost all at once.
